Band signals new projects
System Of A Down bassist Shavo Odadjian posted a photo on his official Instagram showing the band's drummer, John Dolmayan, playing in the studio.
Dolmayan also posted a photo, which shows the bassist alongside Daron Malakian, the band's guitarist (see below).
The caption for the photos was “4, 3, 2, 1…..:)”, along with the hashtags #systemofadown and #letsdothis, suggesting that the band is recording again.
Despite not releasing any new material since 2005, vocalist Serj Tankian told Rolling Stone in May that the band had resumed talks.
