System of a Down has announced an extra show in São Paulo. The band had already confirmed two performances at Allianz Parque on May 10th and 11th, and tickets sold out in hours.
The extra show takes place on May 14th at the Interlagos racetrack. Pre-sale starts this Wednesday, the 12th, at 10 AM, and is exclusive to those registered at systemofadown.com . General sales begin this Thursday, the 13th, at 12 PM on the Eventim .
In addition to São Paulo, the band will perform in Curitiba (May 6th at Couto Pereira Stadium) and Rio de Janeiro (May 8th at Nilton Santos Stadium).
The visit to the country is part of the band's South American tour, which also includes Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina.
This will be the band's first time in Brazil in almost a decade. SOAD's last visit to the country was in 2015, when they performed at Rock in Rio and played a show in São Paulo.
The performances will feature AFI and Ego Kill Talent.
