Symphony X celebrates 30 years of career with three shows in Brazil. After also performing in Curitiba (March 19th) and Rio de Janeiro (March 21st), the American band arrives in São Paulo on March 20th for a special show at Tokio Marine Hall, one of the city's most traditional concert venues.

Formed in 1994 in the United States, the band has become one of the biggest names in progressive metal, combining heaviness, technique, and influences from classical music. Over three decades, the group has built a solid career, marked by concept albums, epic lyrics, and intense live performances.

The current lineup features names that helped define the band's identity: Russell Allen on vocals; Michael Romeo on guitar; Michael LePond on bass; Jason Rullo on drums; and Michael Pinnella on keyboards. Each member plays a fundamental role in Symphony X's sound, which balances virtuosity and good taste without losing impact and emotion. On stage, this chemistry translates into powerful, precise, and energetic shows.

In their setlist, the audience can expect classics from albums that have marked the band's career, such as The Divine Wings of Tragedy , V: The New Mythology Suite , Paradise Lost , Iconoclast, and Underworld . These works helped solidify Symphony X as a globally respected name within metal. The São Paulo show promises to be a celebration worthy of this history, bringing together old and new fans for a special night.

Don't miss the opportunity to celebrate 30 years of one of the most important bands in the genre.

Born in São Paulo and passionate about rock since I was 10 years old, I began to discover the world of heavy music when a friend recorded a cassette tape with Viper, Judas Priest, Metallica, among others. Following that, I discovered Black Sabbath and there was no turning back... A regular at concerts, I've attended hundreds of performances by the main rock/metal bands and their various subgenres. In recent years, I've been transforming my passion for music into words, sharing concert reviews and allowing readers to experience the emotion of each performance.
