Symphony X has announced a new tour of Latin America, celebrating three decades of their career, with six performances in March 2026. Ticket sales information will be released soon.

The progressive metal band, recognized worldwide for its refined technique and epic compositions, will tour Mexico City, Santiago, Buenos Aires, Curitiba, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, bringing the weight and sophistication of its sound to diverse audiences in the region.

In Brazil, the group will perform in three cities: Curitiba (March 19th at Tork n' Roll), São Paulo (March 20th at Tokio Marine Hall), and Rio de Janeiro (March 21st at Sacadura 154). These will be special nights revisiting classics from all phases of their career, as well as memorable moments from their career.

In an exclusive interview with Wikimetal in 2024, bassist Mike LePond commented on his relationship with Brazil: “I’ve been coming to Brazil for over twenty years and I’ve fallen in love with this country. The people are so kind and genuine. I have so many wonderful memories of friendships there. Brazilians are like family to me. Looking forward to another adventure there!”

“My first show with Symphony X was in Brazil in 2000. They proved to be the most interesting audience to play for. I expect nothing less than a show filled with incredible passion and love from both sides of the stage. Brazil is my favorite place to play,” he concluded.
