At a Stone Sour concert last weekend, the band's audience greeted vocalist Corey Taylor with chants of "Fuck Nickelback." The crowd was referring to the recent feud between Taylor and Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger.
The feud between the two began when, in an interview, Kroeger referred to Stone Sour as "Nickelback light ," and even said that Corey Taylor wouldn't be able to write a hit.
At the weekend show, Taylor laughed at the audience who were insulting Nickelback, and said: “You guys are crazy. Come on, you can vent. Let's make some noise. I'm going to do this; let's play a song that isn't a hit right now.”
