Stone Sour has released a demo version of the song "Get Inside." The original track opens the band's self-titled debut album.
In a statement, guitarist Josh Rand Slipknot homecoming show . Corey and I were at his grandmother's house waiting to go to the show that night. We played songs that we had written individually for each other, outside of Slipknot. After listening, we decided we had to record them after the tour. These sessions became the Project X/Superego demo.”
“Most of the songs from those sessions ended up on Stone Sour’s first album. The goal was to have no musical barriers, to play whatever we wanted regardless of what people thought.”
