In an interview with Billboard, Aerosmith vocalist Steven Tyler was asked if the band's upcoming tour, dubbed "Aero-vederci," will be their last:
"The European tour is booked and ready for next summer. And then we'll come back and do the rest of the world. Goodbye? I don't know, but the truth is, you don't know how long we'll be touring with the original band. I don't think it needs to be said, I think we're all weird. I was talking to Joe on the phone yesterday and he told me, 'We don't have the right to be as healthy as we are after everything we've been through. Whether it's the abuse of touring for the last 40 years, or substance abuse, or life abuse, it's a lot of abuse. But we're doing very well for everything we've been through.'"
