Steve “Zetro” Souza Exodus vocalist his Latin American tour , which was scheduled for September 2025.

The tour was scheduled to begin on September 4th in San José, Costa Rica, and end on September 14th in São Paulo, Brazil.

During an episode of his YouTube series Zetro's Toxic Vault , “Zetro” addressed the reasons for the cancellation [transcription via Blabbermouth ]:

“A few months ago, we did an episode [of Zetro's Toxic Vault] where I received an offer for South America, and I remember telling everyone, ‘I’ll believe it when it happens.’ And then, between that episode and the next, we did another episode, practically dedicated to South America, where it seemed like I was going to South America for 10 shows. Well, that’s no longer on the table… But I just want you to know that it doesn’t depend on me in any way.”

The vocalist went on to explain that he will postpone it until 2026, but wants another producer, blaming FH Entertainment for the cancellation.

“I love you guys. I love everyone there. You’ve always been good to me. You’re fervent fans. I really hoped to start Zetro in South America, but it didn’t work out… I wanted to go. I’ll postpone it until next year, but I need to find another renowned promoter because I don’t want to do this with you guys anymore. That was the reason I didn’t want to do it from the beginning. I didn’t want to disappoint you.”

He concluded: “So, to all my South American fans, all the guys in Brazil, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, everywhere, and in Central America too — Honduras, Costa Rica, Guatemala, you’re all great, I’m going to try to get something so I can go there and do you justice and do it right.”

Furthermore, “Zetro” confirmed that his first two solo shows will take place in Florida at the end of next month: at Piper's in Fort Lauderdale on September 27th and at Brass Mug in Tampa on September 28th. The singer will also embark on a three-date tour of Australia in early February 2026.

Steve “Zetro” Souza's show in Brazil

The vocalist's show was scheduled to take place in São Paulo on September 14th to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the album Tempo of the Damned . The production company responsible for the show in Brazil, Dark Dimensions , issued a statement regretting the cancellation . The production company also explained that it had a contract with FH Entertainment, and that "sudden, unannounced changes between the artist and FH Entertainment directly compromised the logistics of all local producers."

Read the full statement:

"The production company Dark Dimensions hereby informs the public and fans who were eagerly awaiting the show of former Exodus vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza in São Paulo that the event scheduled for September 14th at Burning House has been officially cancelled."

The production company was surprised by sudden changes, not previously agreed upon between the artist and the tour's main organizer, FH Entertainment. These changes directly compromised the logistics of all local promoters who had purchased their respective dates.

Although Dark Dimensions was exclusively responsible for organizing the event in São Paulo, the production company was unexpectedly notified about the postponement of the entire tour to next year, which made it impossible to hold the show on the scheduled date.

Dark Dimensions deeply regrets the inconvenience caused to the public. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the decision is beyond its control, as it stems from directives from the production company responsible for the tour.

Please also note that all amounts related to tickets already purchased will be fully refunded automatically through the DDTICKETS platform using the same payment method used by the buyer (Pix, credit card, debit card, etc.).

"Aware that situations like this are beyond the producer's control, Dark Dimensions requests everyone's understanding and reiterates its commitment to continue bringing great names in rock and metal to the Brazilian public, always guided by professionalism and transparency."
