British Lion , the project of Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris , has confirmed that it will release its second studio album. The Burning will be released on January 17, 2020, and its cover art has been revealed. The artwork is by Brazilian artist Gustavo Sazes.
The band also released the first single from the album. Titled "Lightning," the track is now available on all streaming platforms. Steve Harris has also announced dates for a North American tour that will follow the album's release.
Besides Harris, the band also consists of vocalist Richard Taylor , guitarists David Hawkins and Grahame Leslie , and drummer Simon Dawson . Listen to "Lightning" below, followed by the cover art and tracklist for the album The Burning.
