The band returns after losing all the unreleased material recorded for their new album
Hair metal icons Steel Panther have announced they will release an album on September 27th. Titled Heavy Metal Rules , the album has just received its first single.
“All I Wanna Do Is Fuck (Myself Tonight)” got a pretty crazy music video of the band having fun in Las Vegas during a bachelor party. “It’s an anthem about self-love and having a good self-image,” explained Michael Starr.
Heavy Metal Rules was scheduled for release a long time ago, but the band lost all the material they recorded after accidentally deleting everything. "Seriously, we lost everything that was on the hard drive. I remember the lyrics I sang, but we had to record them again," he explained.
