Spiritbox has officially cancelled opening acts for Falling in Reverse Popular Monstour after vocalist Ronnie Radke was accused of violence, sexual harassment, transphobia, and homophobia.

Last Friday, the 10th, the band had already given signs of giving up by removing the performance dates from the website and deleting all posts about such performances from social media.

The announcement about the cancellation was short and to the point: “We’ve dropped out of the six shows we were scheduled to play on the Popular Monstour .” Vocalist Courtney LaPlante retweeted the post with a simple period, suggesting that’s all the band has to say.

The public's reception of these shows on social media since the beginning of the promotion has never been positive. A Twitter user created a thread explaining all of Ronnie's controversies. In it, it's possible to see comments from the musician criticizing women's appearance, assaulting fans by constantly throwing the microphone into the audience, making fun of transgender people, and more. In 2012, Radke was arrested but released on bail due to domestic violence suffered by his girlfriend.

Guitarist Brandon Hoover , from Crown the Empire , one of the other opening acts, has also been accused of domestic abuse by a former girlfriend.

Both Falling in Reverse and Crown the Empire artists deny the allegations, and so far only Spiritbox has commented on the tour cancellation.
