Jeff Scott Soto announced his return with the album Origami
After his work with Sons Of Apollo , Jeff Scott Soto announced his new album , Origami . The first single, “BeLie,” is now available for listening.
The album will be released on May 24th. “This is a song written with a long-time collaborator in Brazil, Leo Mancini ,” Soto said. “In addition to the collaboration with drummer Edu Cominato .”
“It has quite an Operation: Mindcrime musically. I really had to think outside the box to not sound like Queensrÿche ,” he added. “I love the middle section because it features our new bassist, Tony Dickinson . He’s an entity we really needed after the band lost our boy David Z. ”
