The Smashing Pumpkins have posted on their social media that they are looking for a guitarist.
The application process was described as "open to anyone who might be interested," in which they ask applicants to send their resume and materials to the email address [email protected ]
In October 2023, then-guitarist Jeff Schroeder announced his departure from the band after more than ten years in the position. The Smashing Pumpkins currently consists of Billy Corgan , James Iha , and Jimmy Chamberlin .
