Slipknot vocalist Corey Taylor spoke about the band's tour
Corey Taylor , vocalist of Slipknot , stated that the band's new tour has reached the level they always wanted. According to him, the benchmark has always been the shows of the English group Iron Maiden .
“The shows are wonderful,” said Taylor. “Not only is it interactive – with video, fire – but the whole set is very complex. This is our attempt to create something like what Iron Maiden does. It’s something we’ve been trying to do for a while.”.
He continued: “Honestly, it has everything we’ve wanted to do for years, but we never had the money. And also, a lot of people said we wouldn’t be able to do it.”.
