Slipknot's outfits are the most disgusting

"Slipknot's clothes are the most disgusting," reveals celebrity laundry service

Hans-Jürgen Topf goes on tour to do Slipknot's laundry

An expert in laundry, whose job it is to wash the clothes of touring artists, made a curious revelation. According to him, Slipknot are the most difficult to clean.

Hans-Jürgen Topf is the founder of Rock 'n' Roll Laundry, a German company that has been touring with artists since 1980. He has provided clean clothes for Beyoncé, U2, Elton John , and Madonna .

Topf quickly developed a reputation for exceptionally clean clothes. Even so, he considers washing Slipknot's clothes a challenge. Unsurprisingly, this is due to the use of fake blood and a lot of gore in their shows.

"When he's on tour, Topf starts almost every day by washing the artists' clothes. They usually have to be dried with a small fan," recounts a profile of him in the New York Times .

According to him, Slipknot's clothes get covered in beer, cream, and fake blood and are stored for days in garbage bags. The upcoming tour promises to make Topf's life even more difficult, as drummer Jay Weinberg posted a photo of the drum kit covered in blood.

He also mentioned that, in the past, he used to find a lot of drugs in people's clothes. Today, it's more common to find "packets of herbal tea.".
