Slipknot has postponed Knotfest Japan for the third time. The event was originally scheduled for March 2020 and was later moved to January 2021, and then April 2022, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now, the event has been postponed again to April 2023.

In announcing the postponement, the group wrote: “Covid-19 restrictions are preventing us from performing. Unfortunately, we need to postpone (...), but we look forward to playing on April 1st and 2nd, 2023.”

Knotfest Brazil will still take place on December 18, 2022, at the Anhembi Sambadrome.
