The band performed the single from their new album, "We Are Not Your Kind," and the standalone single they released in 2018.
Last Friday, the 17th, Slipknot performed on the American show Jimmy Kimmel Live! and there they played the new tracks "Unsainted" and "All Out Life" live for the first time.
The mini-set marked the group's first performance since November 2016 and followed the announcement of their new studio album, We Are Not Your Kind , scheduled for release on August 9th. This work will be the successor to .5: The Gray Chapter from 2014.
The performance, which featured the group's new masks and new look, also marked the first show without percussionist Chris Fehn – who left the band after filing a lawsuit against them – in over 20 years.
Slipknot performed the day after the release of the single "Unsainted," which had a bizarre music video . It's still unknown why "All Out Life" isn't on the album.
