Slipknot released a 20-minute short film titled “Pollution.” The film was directed by Shawn 'Clown' Crahan a member of the band.

With surreal touches, Crahan begins by showing a sequence of seemingly random images before launching into the video for "Nero Forte".

The director said: “I tried to make a short film that would make people question their own existence, here in reality. When you lie in bed next to the person you love, do you ever wonder – is it possible that this person could cut my throat while I'm sleeping? Enjoy. 'Pollution' is everywhere.”

The short film was released a few hours before Slipknot began their European tour, starting with a show in Dublin, Ireland.
