After announcing their return to the stage for a performance at the Louder Than Life festival, Slayer brings more good news for their fans and has just confirmed their participation in Aftershock, being the band's only show on the West Coast of the USA in 2024.
The group joins big names, literally, like Iron Maiden , Slipknot and Mötley Crüe as another headliner for the four-day mega-festival taking place at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California, between October 10th and 13th.
The event features a lineup of over 130 bands and artists, spread across five stages. In addition to the names mentioned previously, groups such as Pantera , Five Finger Death Punch , Judas Priest , Disturbed , Evanescence , Breaking Benjamin , Staind , Falling in Reverse , Till Lindemann , Rise Against , Halestorm , and Seether will also be prominently featured at the festival.
According to event promoter Danny Wimmer of DWP, this is the biggest Aftershock lineup the company has ever organized, as well as the largest rock and metal festival ever held in California, and he warns: "Get ready, Sacramento."
