The band only released the dates for the North American tour

This week the world of Heavy Metal was surprised by the news that Slayer will end its activities after one last world tour.

Prepared for the end of an era, the band organized a series of shows in the United States in the company of some colleagues. Lamb Of God, Anthrax, Behemoth and Testament will join Slayer for a heavyweight lineup.

The tour announcement was made on the band's social media with a poster created by Brazilian designer Marcelo Vasco.

Tom Araya made a statement in 2016 that indicated the band's end might be approaching: "After 35 years, it's time to collect my retirement."

You can check all the tour dates on the band's official website.
