The American band Slaves To Humanity brings a sound inspired by classic 1990s rock in their single "Shake My Faith," without getting lost in unnecessary and repetitive nostalgia.

Wikimetal 's discoveries at Groover , the quintet formed in Orange County, California, aims to "revive the spirit" of analog rock, with powerful riffs and "the angst of grunge," as they explain.

The result is a style dubbed Sunset Grunge by the band, but don't be fooled: the band has a polished sound, despite the heaviness, with well-crafted production, and explores a range of emotions in each song, leaning more towards electric hard rock than the melancholy that name might suggest.
