In March 2025, Slaughter to Prevail will make their highly anticipated debut in Brazil, bringing all the brutality of deathcore to two extremely heavy shows: March 27th in Curitiba, and March 29th in São Paulo.

If you're still in doubt, here are five moments that will transform these shows into a simply mind-blowing experience!

1) “VIKING” and the bear roar without a microphone

Since its release in 2023, the single “VIKING” has become one of the most brutal moments of the set. But the real highlight comes at the end of the song, when Alex Terrible drops the microphone and unleashes a monstrous guttural growl to close the show.

The sound is so absurd it literally sounds like a bear roaring, which is no surprise coming from a guy who's posted videos of himself fighting bears online. To top it off, Alex even keeps up with the bass drum beat by hitting his own forehead with the microphone—sometimes even causing a cut and bleeding. Not a big deal.

2) The chaos of the mosh pits and Walls of Death

If there's one thing guaranteed at a Slaughter to Prevail show, it's insane mosh pits. But the big question is: how epic will the Wall of Death be?

Last year, Wikimetal was present at the Copenhell (Denmark) and Hellfest (France) festivals, where they witnessed some of the biggest mosh pits in recent history. At Copenhell, Alex opened a Wall of Death in the middle of the crowd, stood still in the center, and only gave the attack signal when the breakdown began. Check out this insane moment: TikTok .

At Hellfest, the band challenged themselves to break the record for the world's largest Wall of Death, calling on fans via Instagram before the show. The result was a cinematic scene: Click here to check it out .

3) A revamped setlist

After a hiatus from performing since September 2024, Slaughter to Prevail returns to the stage at Knotfest Australia at the end of February. This means that Brazilian fans can catch the band at the start of a new phase of the tour—and with an updated setlist. Will there be unreleased songs? Any unexpected surprises? We'll find out soon!

4) Overwhelming stage presence

Slaughter to Prevail doesn't just have an insane vocalist—the whole band contributes to the overwhelming energy of the show.

Besides Alex Terrible, one of the highlights is guitarist Jack Simmons , founder of the band and responsible for many of the brutal riffs and crushing breakdowns that make the shows sound like a true sonic apocalypse. With his intense presence and impeccable technique, Simmons is one of the biggest names in current deathcore.

The other band members are equally impressive. Mikhail Petrov (bass), Dmitry Medvedev (guitar), and Evgeny Novikov (drums) make the performance a spectacle where each musician seems possessed by the power of the music, without a single second of rest on stage.

5) “Du Hast” – a classic in a new guise

If hearing Slaughter to Prevail live is already a brutal experience, imagine the band playing a Rammstein cover?

The cover of “Du Hast” , one of Rammstein's greatest classics, has become one of the most “fun” and exciting moments of the band's recent shows. The combination of Alex Terrible's ferocity with Slaughter to Prevail's heavy riffs makes this version sound even more aggressive and destructive than the original.
