Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash recently sold his Beverly Hills mansion to rapper Big Sean for $8.7 million, according to TMZ.
The residence has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a studio, and a party room.
Slash put the house up for sale in 2015, a year after his divorce from Perla, and despite the high price tag, Big Sean came out ahead, as the mansion was valued at $11 million.
