Former aide gives statement
Former Guns N' Roses publicist Arlett Vereecke told Classic Rock magazine that Slash may be recording new material for a reunion of the band's classic lineup. However, she revealed that vocalist Axl Rose has not yet entered the studio.

Vereecke said: “I know they’re doing some recording. They’re definitely doing something in the studio. Axl isn’t there, but Slash is definitely there, and he’s not doing it for other projects.”
The band’s former manager, Ian Niven, had also commented that Duff McKagan and Izzy Stradlin had worked together in the studio recently.
Guns N' Roses have already announced shows in Las Vegas , Mexico , and at the Coachella festival in California .
