Pelé , one of the greatest and most famous Brazilian soccer players, passed away last Thursday, the 29th. The three-time World Cup winner with the Brazilian national team had been hospitalized for a month for treatment of colon cancer. He was 82 years old.

Open to the public, the wake will be held from 10 am Monday to 10 am Tuesday at Vila Belmiro, in Santos. The burial, restricted to family members, will be on Tuesday at the Memorial Necrópole Ecumênica.
