Skillet's new album will be released in August.
After a period of waiting, Skillet finally updated fans on their upcoming album. The album is titled Victorious and is scheduled for release on August 2nd.
The band revealed the information to Billboard , which also released the lyric video for the single “Legendary.” The song, which some may recognize from live shows, is an anthem for the band. “It’s actually quite different from what Skillet usually does,” said vocalist John Cooper . “That opening guitar riff is unlike anything we’ve ever done on a guitar. It’s a little bit bluesy, a little bit rock. I thought it would be cool.”
