The vocalist has been there for 1 year already
During a show in Canada on January 14th, Skid Row officially announced vocalist ZP Theart as a permanent member of the band, and also stated that they are preparing for a new album. The video of the moment can be seen below.
Bassist Rachel Bolan said: “I want to finally make this announcement formally. He’s been with us for a year, our new lead vocalist, ZP Theart. We’re going into the studio soon to make a new album. We love this guy. He just lives too far away. We’re going to convince him to move to the United States, but that will happen sooner or later.”
Theart has been singing with Skid Row since the end of 2015, when he replaced Tony Harnell, who in turn replaced Johnny Solinger after his departure.
ZP Theart is known for his career in Dragonforce, I Am I, and Tank.
