Skid Row guitarist Scotti Hill stated in an interview on the Another FN Podcast that the band has no intention of reuniting with former vocalist Sebastian Bach, who was fired in 1996.
Despite Bach apologizing to the band on Twitter and expressing a desire to reunite the lineup , Hill said that even with fan requests, the reunion will not happen: "We're not going to put ourselves in a risky situation that could make us unhappy and destroy what we have today."
Hill, however, praised the vocalist: “He’s not a rockstar, he’s a superstar. He’s great, I understand that. I speak from my own experience. He’s a guy who does everything to make the show good. He’s a great singer and a great frontman, one of the greatest. But we’re not going to work together .
Asked if it was true that Bach was fired for agreeing to open for Kiss without consulting the band, Hill replied: “That caused a huge problem, and he did something else that was unacceptable. He called Snake’s [guitarist, Dave “Snake” Sabo] and said horrible things on the answering machine, and Snake said, ‘You know what? I’m not going to have a band with you anymore.’ It’s that simple.”
