Slipknot today released the music video for their new track, "The Negative One " Directed by co-founder and percussionist M. Shawn "Clown" Crahan, the new video can be watched below.
Slipknot's new song was released last week and is expected to be part of the band's upcoming album, anticipated for release later this year. Vocalist Corey Taylor stated in an interview that the album is completely finished: "We want to hurry up and release it. We're very excited."
Slipknot's new album will be their first since the death of bassist Paul Gray and the departure of drummer Joey Jordison. Rumors indicate that Slipknot is currently working with drummer Jay Weinberg, son of Max Weinberg, drummer for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.
