Foo Fighters announced today that they will release a new album on September 15th, Concrete And Gold . The album was produced by Greg Kurstin, who has previously worked with Adele, Sia, and Pink.
Frontman Dave Grohl commented on the sound of the new album: “I wanted it to be the most explosive album ever released by the Foo Fighters. To make a gigantic album with Greg Kurstin's sense of melody and arrangement. Motörhead's version of Sgt. Pepper's. Or something like that.”
The band has already surprised fans with the release of the album's first single, "Run" . The full tracklist and album cover can be seen below:
