Felipe Machado, one of the founders of VIPER, a Brazilian rock band with international success, presents his first solo album as vocalist, guitarist, and composer. 'FM Solo' features ten songs in English, eight of which are his own compositions and two covers, 'Speedway' (Morrissey) and 'Tourist' (Athlete). A modern rock album full of energy, without forgetting the melodies and guitar solos that make Felipe Machado one of the most creative musicians in the country. While Viper's Heavy Metal previously imposed certain natural barriers on the genre, now the musician has complete control of the microphone to express all his thoughts and secrets as a vocalist, guitarist, and composer. His partner Val Santos (Toyshop and ex-VIPER) is responsible for the other instruments and production. |

'FM Solo' is the first work released by his studio, FM Labs – focused on projects in the areas of music, literature, film and TV – in partnership with the Wikimetal label.
In the age of streaming and the return of singles, 'FM Solo' was conceived like the albums of yesteryear, with a beginning, middle, and end. Focused on songwriting, Felipe uses his voice and guitar to create scenarios and portray his observations about everyday life.
