SILVER , the new project from guitarist Felipe Machado (VIPER) and vocalist Rodrigo Cerveira , releases "Hard Times" this Friday, the 8th. The single anticipates Turn Around , their debut EP, which will be released on August 29th.

“The track follows the style we already showed in 'Turn Around' and 'Sun Over Hills' ,” reveals Felipe Machado. “A modern sound full of guitar riffs, but without losing the melody and the strong chorus. This has been a trademark of SILVER's sound.”

“'Hard Times' is a song against apathy,” adds Rodrigo Cerveira. “Inspired by the phrase attributed to Martin Luther King , 'What worries me is not the cry of the wicked, but the silence of the good,' the lyrics speak a little about the moment we are living in and how together we can change the things that bother us.”

SILVER is essentially a trio, if we consider the input of the talented Val Santos, who, in addition to handling production, is responsible for bass and programmed drums. The aim is to deliver a contemporary sound that keeps the essence of arena rock alive. The compositions explore modern arrangements that always respect the intensity of the genre.
