Brazil is, unfortunately, a country of uncertainty today. We are witnessing numerous cancellations of events of all kinds, and for us, metal fans, it's even more difficult. Shows like Metallica and Kiss have been on hold for some time, and now the most recent postponement, to the sadness of fans, is the Knotfest festival that was to take place in São Paulo.

The festival has been rescheduled for 2022, and everyone understands why. The problems the country is facing due to the pandemic, and considering not only the health of the population but also that of the artists and everyone involved, certainly influenced this decision, which was the right one and shouldn't even have been up for discussion.

It's clear that fans are very upset about the postponement, and such a change is very disappointing. Fortunately, it seems that many agreed with the decision, knowing that the current situation could be made worse by such an event, which would certainly draw thousands of people.

A festival like this would be a great return to the world of concerts for everyone. The anticipation, the chance to see your favorite artist for the first time (for the second or third time for some), and the joy of being part of an event like this again to discover new bands and new people you never imagined meeting in everyday life is incredible. It's not just about the music; it's about the energy, the camaraderie in the mosh pit, the feeling of being part of something big, a movement with a unique strength (even if it seems to be weakening for some).

The festival lineup will be revealed in August, and everyone hopes their favorite band ( Mudvayne ) will be confirmed. Then all that's left is to wait and hope that next year everything happens and we can be near a stage again.
