The bands Shaman and Noturnall have announced that they will be going on a joint tour for the first time in history during the months of April and May. The shows will take place in Brazil and will include the cities of Manaus, Belém, Fortaleza, Cariacica, Recife, Ribeirão Preto, Brasília, Goiânia, Curitiba and Criciúma.
This is the first time Shaman will perform songs from their new album, Rescue , which will be released on May 18th. This is Shaman's first work with Alírio Netto , who replaced Andre Matos on vocals after his death in 2019.
“This tour has a special flavor, as it will be our first tour playing Shaman's new songs and will also feature our friends from Noturnall. I'm very excited,” said Alírio Netto in a statement. “It will be a very cool event with top-notch bands. After so long off, I can't wait to get started,” added Hugo Mariutti .
Noturnall, in turn, promises a repertoire with already established songs as well as some unreleased tracks from their new album, Cosmic Redemption , which is expected to arrive in the second half of 2022.
“The world and heavy metal, more than ever, need unity. This is proof that it's possible. It will be a memorable night and a great joy to be able to share the stage with a band so important to my history,” comments vocalist Thiago Bianchi.
