The iconic footwear brand Dr. Martens has partnered with the Sex Pistols.
The footwear brand Dr. Martens has announced a new partnership with the band Sex Pistols . A collection of boots and shoes designed with the band's image will be released.
In a statement, Dr. Martens said: “This band perfectly captures the nonconformist spirit of Docs. And since Docs embraced subcultures, we continue to be influenced by them. This fact gives even more meaning to this collaboration.”
The designs feature lyrics from Pretty Vacant , including "I Wanna Be Me" on the heel of one of the boots. One of them also features images of bassist Sid Vicious .
