Serj Tankian has remained active with his releases in 2021. After the arrival of his acclaimed solo EP Elasticity and also a collection of musical pieces with spoken word poetry, the System of a Down is now releasing several tracks from his new project: a music album called Cinematique .
The project features 25 compositions divided into two parts; one called Violent Violins , which has a more modern sound, and another called Illuminate , which has a more classical and traditional sound.
So far, Tankian has released tracks from both parts of Cinematique , namely “ Entitled ”, “ Cyber Criminal ”, “ Waiting For The Submarine ”, “ Blues ”, and the most recent “Love At The Border”. The full album will be available from next Friday, August 6th.
