As announced in early December , Serj Tankian and Tom Morello reunited to honor Andy Gill , guitarist and founder of Gang Of Four , who died in February 2019, through a reinterpretation of the track "Natural's Not In It," which will be part of The Problem of Leisure: A Celebration Of Andy Gill And Gang Of Four , a tribute album to the artist.
Also as promised, the song would arrive before the release of the entire project in early January 2021, and more precisely, a week after January 1st, the day the artist would have turned 65.
“Andy Gill was one of the few artists in history who changed the way guitars are played,” Morello said in a statement. “His band Gang of Four was simply incendiary and totally innovative with Andy’s confrontational, unnerving, and sublime playing at the forefront.”
