Sepultura has re-released their remarkable 1989 album , Beneath the Remains a deluxe edition.
The album is considered by many to be a thrash metal , and marks the band's first album with Roadrunner Records.
The new remastered version is a double edition of the album, and features previously unreleased content, such as studio recordings, including versions of "Lobotomy" and "Mass Hypnosis," and instrumentals of "Slaves Of Pain" and "Sarcastic Existence."
In addition to live performances recorded on September 22, 1989 at Zeppelinhalle, West Germany, the show's setlist songs from their most recent album, Beneath the Remains ("Primitive Future" and "Inner Self"), and tracks from the band's previous albums ("Troops Of Doom" and "Escape To The Void"), as well as covers of "Symptom Of the Universe" by Black Sabbath and "Holiday In Cambodia" by Dead Kennedys.
