Another Wednesday, another day of SepulQuarta , and today, the 24th, the band will receive heavyweight guests such as Roy Mayorga , drummer of Stone Sour , Jason Bitter , drummer of Overkill , Felipe Roa , guitarist of Shadows Fall , and Jean Dolabella , former drummer of Sepultura and currently in Ego Kill Talent .
Mayorga will be with Sepultura vocalist Derrick Green answering fan questions, and regarding his friendship with the drummer, Green said, “I’ve known Roy since I lived in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York. We share many mutual friends from the scene and have had the pleasure of playing together live on stage several times. We have a lot to talk about and reminisce about incredible moments.”
This week's performance, recorded, of course, from everyone's homes, will be of the classic "Desperate Cry" from the 1991 album Arise . The performance will feature Jason Bitter and Felipe Roa. The song will be played for the first time with two drummers playing simultaneously!
Finally, Derrick and Andreas welcome Jean Dolabella to talk about the album Kairos , from 2011.
