Sepultura , one of the biggest metal bands in the world, which has been on the road for over 40 years, has confirmed three dates for shows in the southern region of Brazil in May: Curitiba, Florianópolis, and Porto Alegre.
The Curitiba performance of the Celebrating Life Through Death will take place on May 29th at Ópera de Arame . The following day, the 30th, Andreas Kisser (guitar), Paulo Jr. (bass), Derrick Green (vocals and percussion), and Greyson Nekrutman (drums) will perform at Arena Opus in Florianópolis. To mark the end of the shows in Brazil, the quartet will conclude the series on May 31st in Porto Alegre at Araújo Vianna .
These three shows will be the band's only performances in Brazil, along with their performance at Lollapalooza 2025.
Tickets will be available starting February 21st through uhuu.com and authorized points of sale, with various packages including a meet & greet with the quartet, early entry, gifts, and other perks.
The legacy of Sepultura
The band was formed in 1984 in Belo Horizonte, and has sold over 20 million records, making it one of the most influential groups in the world of metal. Albums such as Arise (1991) and Roots (1996) solidified the group as one of the pillars of the musical style globally.
Celebrating Life Through Death is a celebration of Sepultura's immense legacy, not only recalling the band's journey over more than four decades, but also creating new memories and firmly establishing them as one of the titans of metal.
