Sepultura has announced that they will return to the stage for a series of shows in North America to promote the album Quadra , which was released in early 2020 but did not have a promotional tour due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The tour will feature 30 performances starting on March 4th in Sacramento, California and extending until April 9th, when the shows conclude in Berkeley, California.
Joining the band on the road will be Sacred Reich , Crowbar , and Art of Shock . Speaking about the tour, vocalist Derrick Green stated: “We are extremely excited to reconnect with everyone in North America for this upcoming tour. We are looking forward to seeing all the people who have been eager to see the shows over the last two years. We will celebrate this reconnection of life and music together. See you soon!!”
Guitarist Andreas Kisser added: “We can’t wait to get back on stage. We’re thrilled to announce our North American tour in 2022. We’ll see you all on the road, jamming old and new stuff and having the time of our lives. See you all soon, stay safe!”
