Sepultura has announced seven new dates for their farewell tour, Celebrating Life Through Death, in Brazil, starting in Fortaleza on July 6th at Praça Verde do Dragão do Mar.

"We are happy and very grateful for everything that has happened in our history. We made great albums and shows, cultivated friendships, met our idols, helped put Brazilian metal on the world map, and now we leave the scene with a feeling of accomplishment," the band members declared in the announcement of their farewell tour.
As fans know, former member Eloy Casagrande left the band just before the start of this tour, and his position was taken over by the young drummer, formerly of Suicidal Tendencies , Greyson Nekrutman. Today, Casagrande is part of Slipknot.
