Sepultura has announced their final career show for November 7th at Mercado Livre Arena Pacaembu in São Paulo, with opening acts Metal Allegiance, Sacred Reich , and Krisiun.
The show is part of the farewell tour Celebrating Life Through Death, and accordingto an announcement on social media, it will be “a definitive night. A historic celebration. More than epic.” Among the confirmed former members are drummer Jean Dolabella, who was in the band between 2006 and 2011, and guitarist Jairo Guedz, a member of the original lineup between 1985 and 1987. The organizers have not yet ruled out the possibility of new guests and attractions being announced before the show date.
There will be a Santander pre-sale for Private and Select clients starting this Thursday, May 28th, and another for other Santander clients starting this Friday, May 29th, through the Ticketmaster website.
Tickets go on sale to the general public starting May 30th at 10 AM, also on the Ticketmaster website , and at the official box office at 11 AM.
The penultimate concert of their career will take place at Rock in Rio 2026, on September 5th, on the Palco Mundo stage. Previously, Andreas Kisser revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone Brazil that the final show will feature special appearances by musicians who have been part of the group's history, marking the end of a journey that began in 1984 and has become one of the most important in the world of metal.
