Jordan Rudess – “Wired For Madness Pt. 1.3”
Dream Theater keyboardist Jordan Rudess is becoming a busy man. The band is releasing their new album, Distance Over Time, this month. Now, Rudess has also announced that he's working on a new solo album , Wired for Madness , to be released on April 19th, and has released the first single, "Wired For Madness Pt. 1.3".
The Wildhearts – “Dislocated”
British rockers The Wildhearts are set to release their new album, Renaissance Men, on May 3rd. This will be the band's first album in 10 years. The album's first single, "Dislocated," was released this week.
Alexisonfire – “Familiar Drugs”
Canadian post-hardcore band Alexisonfire has returned after nine years with the previously unreleased track “Familiar Drugs.” The band's last release of new material was the EP Dog's Blood in 2010, and before that, the album Old Crows / Young Cardinals in 2009.
Of Mice & Men – “How To Survive”
The band Of Mice & Men has released a new single, “How To Survive.” The group had previously announced they were in the studio, but there is no information about a possible new album. In the meantime, listen to the song on our playlist.
Fever 333 – “One of Us”
Fever 333 , one of the biggest surprises of the last year, has released a new music video . The track “One Of Us” is part of their recently released debut album, Strength In Numb333rs .
The video shows the band and fans marching to Los Angeles City Hall. They were joining the city's Teachers' Movement, which was on strike.
Rotting Christ – “The Raven”
This Friday , the 15th, the Greek band Rotting Christ released their new studio album, The Heretics . Featuring ten tracks, the group's latest single was "The Raven," a track you can listen to on our playlist.
Whitesnake – “Shut Up & Kiss Me”
Last Wednesday , the 14th, Whitesnake released the first single from their upcoming album Fresh & Blood , scheduled for release on May 10th. “Shut Up & Kiss Me” has all the hallmarks of a classic David Coverdale and company song. In the video released by the band, we can even see the same white Jaguar used in the recording of “Here I Go Again”.
