Sebastian Bach was fired from Skid Row in 1996.

Sebastian Bach , former vocalist of Skid Row , told American radio station Wrif that he is open to returning to the band, 20 years after being fired.

“I’m not against reuniting with Skid Row someday, because I think it’s a way to give back to the fans who sent us royalty checks,” he said. “I feel guilty. I’m like, ‘I should reunite with these guys, because we get paid for it.’ And we haven’t seen [each other]… In over 20 years, I haven’t been in the same room with them. It’s unbelievable.”

Jerry Cantrell Alice In Chains guitarist birthday party , and Robert Trujillo was there, the bassist from Metallica ,” he said. “And he just came over because of this and that. And he looks at me, like… He says, ‘You know people really like this, right?’ I say, ‘Yeah, I know.’ And he says, ‘Why don’t you just write something cool for them?’ ‘Man, I tried that. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t do anything.’ And he says, ‘Sebastian, just text them. Just do it.’ He said, ‘Of course it’ll work.’ So I went home, ‘Okay, Metallica is telling me to do this. I should take Metallica’s advice. Okay. I’ll do it again.’ So I texted them, the whole band: ‘Hey guys, January 2019 is the 30th anniversary of the Skid Row album.’” I think maybe we should re-release it with bonus material, a Blu-ray of ' Oh Say Can You Scream ' and posters.

Everything Rush releases, I buy, and everything any other band releases… Allman Brothers . I collect that stuff.

"We're going to do an anniversary relaunch. I hope you're all doing well. I'm looking forward to hearing from you." And I sent that, and I didn't get a response. I'm not making this up, I'm just telling you. Five guys and nothing!"
