Sebastian Bach is honored by the Metal Hall of Fame.

Amidst the release of a single and a new album, the singer was honored at the 7th edition of the event that took place in Anaheim, California.

On January 24th, the annual Hall of Heavy Metal History Gala took place in Anaheim, California. This is the Metal Hall of Fame's benefit gala, which honors icons of heavy metal and hard rock. In its 7th edition, the event celebrated great musicians such as Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine , Mick Mars of Mötley Crüe , and Tim Owens of KK's Priest , as well as singer, actor, and former frontman of the legendary group Skid Row : Sebastian Bach .

Sebastian was welcomed on stage by Wendy Dio, widow and manager of the legendary Ronnie James Dio , and gave a speech that, according to the event's website , was "funny, sincere, impromptu, joyful, full of love and a little indulgent, in other words: totally Sebastian Bach. He was kind, genuine and truly grateful for the award, both on stage and off stage with the media and fans."

In December 2023, Bach released his new single, titled “What do I Got To Lose?”, which was co-written by Sebastian, Myles Kennedy of Alter Bridge , and Slash ft. Myles Kenney and The Conspirators, as well as Elvis Baskette of Mammoth WVH . The song evokes a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of Bach's time in Skid Row, with his unmistakable vocals. It even reached the Top 40 of Mediabase's Active Rock Daily Spin Chart (via Bravewords ).

The music video for Bach's newest single has already amassed over 800,000 views on YouTube. The video features Sebastian's wife, model Suzanne Le Bach , and his former Skid Row bandmate, drummer Rob Affuso . "This is probably the closest we'll ever get to a Skid Row reunion. I'll accept it!", commented one viewer on the official video.
