Sean Kinney , from Alice in Chains , returned to the stage at 's farewell show with Black Sabbath , which took place last Saturday, July 5th, at Villa Park in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
The drummer appeared in good shape and well alongside his Alice In Chains colleagues, Jerry Cantrell, William Duval , and Mike Inez . Together, they played two of the band's classics, "Man In The Box " and "Would ." After that, he paid tribute to Ozzy's band with a cover of "Faires Wear Boots , from the classic album Paranoid (1972).

Alice In Chains cancelled a series of performances after Sean was diagnosed with a “non-life-threatening medical condition” in May of this year. He had fallen ill during soundcheck for a show in Montville, Texas.
The band was scheduled to return to the stage in July, but it ended up happening on the 5th, at Black Sabbath's farewell event.
Black Sabbath made history by performing with their original lineup, and the festival also featured other big names like Guns N' Roses , Metallica , Tool , Slayer , and many more. Check out what each guest played at the festival here .
