Scorpions have announced the cancellation of another show, this time in Colombia, as vocalist Klaus Meine has not yet recovered from the virus he contracted. The band was scheduled to perform today, April 30th, at the country's edition of Monsters of Rock , which takes place in Bogotá.

Previously, the Germans cancelled their appearance at Masters of Rock , which took place in Buenos Aires last Saturday, April 26th.

Read the statement below:

"It is with great regret that the Scorpions will not be able to perform in Bogotá tonight. Klaus has not yet recovered from the virus and respiratory infection that forced the recent cancellation of the Buenos Aires show, and unfortunately he is still unable to sing. The band sends its deepest apologies to all its loyal fans in Colombia and is, once again, extremely disappointed not to be able to play in one of its favorite countries. They will do everything possible to return to Colombia in the future."

The next date for the Scorpions after the cancellation of the show in Colombia will be on May 3rd, in Quito, Ecuador.
