Scorpions will perform in Mexico after canceling three shows in South America. The reason for the cancellations was a respiratory infection suffered by vocalist Klaus Meine, forcing the musicians to postpone performances in Argentina, Colombia, and Ecuador.

The band returned to the stage at the San Marcos National Fair in Aguascalientes, Mexico. They had recently toured Brazil and Chile, with shows in Brasília, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.

The setlist in Mexico was shorter than usual, and despite returning to the stage, Klaus doesn't seem to have fully recovered yet. On the Setlist.fm , it's possible to see pre-recorded snippets of his voice used in the opening songs "Coming Home" and "Gas in the Tank," as well as "I'm Leaving You." The band will also perform on Thursday the 8th in the city of Puebla de Zaragoza.

Celebrating their 60-year career, Scorpions will head to Europe in June and have five shows scheduled for August in Las Vegas, United States.
