School of Rock, which inspired the 2003 film starring Jack Black, arrived in Brazil this year with a franchise in São Caetano do Sul.

The school's main focus is band lessons. The partners who opened the institution plan to open 5 more franchises in Brazil.

The school began operating in November and has 50 students, but the official opening of the school will be on March 23rd.

The first School of Rock was founded in 1998 in Philadelphia.
